So what's different about The Downliner?
The main difference is that The Downliner is NOT like any conventional traffic exchange.
When you registered you probably expected to run through the same process where you add your sites, text ads and banners then surf in the site to gain credit and show your ads. You may even be surprised to find there is absolutely no internal surfing in the site and aside from the banners, everything you advertise is shown externally.
One major mistake I have noticed marketers make is joining an exchange then promoting that exchange in the exchange they just joined. It may not seem like a big thing but essentially you are wasting your credits because everyone viewing the exchange you are promoting are already a member of that exchange.
