The Downliner - So why The Downliner?
So why The Downliner?

Hello Downliners (Message from your Admin),

A lot of people ask me the question because of the way the industry is structured coupled with the brainwashing of the last 10 years, they are still led to believe they need to sign up to hundreds of exchanges in order to get signups to their sites but thanks to The Downliner this is not longer the case.

Yet people still find it hard to believe that by only surfing one single exchange they can receive traffic in thousands of others without even needing to be a member in any of those exchanges.

We still see the 'power surfers' doing the daily run on whatever exchange CTP has deemed fit to terrorize but does it really help? The simple answer is that although you will no doubt experience a sudden surge in your traffic numbers on these exchanges the visitors you are receiving are viewing your site not because they are interested in what you have to offer but more in reducing the number of pages they need to cover in order to attain that next badge of recognition.

You've been told that an active exchange is a profitable one for your sites and whilst this may be true the sad reality is that an active exchange will also drain your credits and cost you more money and at that point traffic exchanges become a risk.

So how do you prevent yourself from falling into that black hole of endless surfing with little to show for it? The best way I and my members find is to pick 5 exchanges you enjoy spending time at. Maybe it has chat to keep you entertained or maybe the layout is easier to navigate.

Whatever the reason you use these exchanges to surf on a daily rotation. For example Day 1 could be a surfing session at TrafficSwirl and Day 2 could be EasyHits4U, etc. Get into a routine and do not worry that because you are only promoting in 5 exchanges you are not reaching everyone because that's where The Downliner comes in.

With The Downliner you can use these 5 exchanges and still be shown in over 6,000 simply by adding your Cooperative link (found in your affiliate tools) to each exchange you surf. From that point all you need to concern yourself with is surfing :)

But we don't just limit ourselves to Traffic Exchanges. We are spread out over Safelists, Paid to click sites, CPC sites, personal blogs, social networks, you name it and all you ever need to do is surf your 5 preferred exchanges!

If you've been doing this as long as me then you no doubt already have your favourite exchanges picked out and already have a routine in place. If that is the case then simply add your Cooperative link to these exchanges and carry on as normal.

Trust me on this. You are lucky TDL exists because back before I built it I was also one of the marketers told to join hundreds of exchanges and keep all my passwords on lastpass then surf as many as I could each day after a hard day power surfing its even less encouraging to find all your hard work for the day had no results :(

So whats the process again? Find 5 exchanges you like to surf and remember this is not usually based on how many are surfing or how long the exchange has been online. Use your gut feeling on this and if you like the admin and think they are attentitive to their members then thats a good place to base your decision.

Do not join exchanges that offer you silly credits for joining like 10,000 credits and 10,000 more credits for each referral because in those cases you have to ask yourself: "If everyone is receiving 10,000 credits just for signing up then who in their right mind would ever be surfing? Why not just sign up under myself to get another 10,000?"

Use your common sense and look for a good balance in ratio, initial credits and delivery rates and you will find success.
